The Software
Smart Alphabet Pvt Ltd uses the software ‘Anydesk’ or ‘Teamviewer’ to provide remote assistance and technical support. Features of this
software include:
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely.
Allow your support representative to view or control your desktop.
Transfer files via direct transfer to or from the support representative (optional).
‘Anydesk’ or ‘Teamviewer’ will be installed onto your computer so that we can obtain remote access at any time with
your permission. If you wish to uninstall the software or turn it off, please contact us and we will explain how to do this.
The Remote Connection
When you have agreed to use our remote service, you will need to initiate a secure connection with one of our
support engineers.
In order to create this connection, you will download the software from a link that is emailed to you or the software
will already have been installed at your consent.
After use, the software installed can either be removed from your machine or left on for future use in either an
activated or deactivated state. This choice is yours and you should indicate to the Smart Alphabet Pvt Ltd technical support
representative which option you prefer.

Terms & Conditions of AMC Service
Carefully, read our terms of service and read repair policy.
- The terms of the service, as per this contract will be in accordance with offer as above. This shall be a Service Level Agreement. The Contract does not cover the equipment / parts which may have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, wear tear, pests, fire, water and other natural calamities etc.
- The applicable taxes – state and service tax will be charged extra.
- The above mentioned contract does not include the data entries, software customizations, data recovery or lost data due to virus attacks if any. However we ensure that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure proper functioning of the system.
- In case of failure of parts or equipment we try to fix site its self in case if site not suitable to fix problem, we take the same to our service center to fixing the same. still defective parts unable to fix, we take approval to procure the same.
- The company shall not be liable for any delay in rectifying the system due to non-availability of spares but however we confirm to give a 99% uptime for the system.
- This Annual Maintenance Contract does not include shifting and reinstallation of equipment.
- This AMC does not include shifting and reinstallation of the application on other machines. However reinstallation of the application software / hardware, if supplied by us will be governed by our offer as above.
- In event of failure due to the PC machine that has not been supplied & supported by us, we shall not be held liable for repair or delays in support.
